Network Confirmation: the speed at which the transferred cryptocurrency is credited to the recipient's account and confirmed on the blockchain is beyond PCH-WIN control. Uncontrollable variables include fluctuating network fees that affect confirmation times, as well as individual wallets' policies that may require a certain number of confirmations before a transaction is reflected in the user's balance.
